The Madison Winter Festival hosts the Frosty Dog Jog, but the proceeds go to the animals at Dane County Humane Society. This year’s Jog will be held on Saturday, February 18th at 9:30 am at Elver Park. Volunteers make sure runners are on the correct route and cheer on the dogs and owners
