From Andrew:

Dear Prospective Members,

Thank you for your interest in Badger AKPsi! I’m very proud to serve as this organization’s Vice President of Membership for the Spring 2024 semester, and I hope to introduce you to the same qualities of this organization that prompted me to rush. Alpha Kappa Psi is the world’s oldest and largest co-ed professional business fraternity. Our core pillars are Community Service, Professionalism, and Brotherhood; however, the insight our members gain travel far beyond that.

As a member of Spring ’22, rushing AKPsi was the best decision I made in my own personal college experience. The development I have fostered as a member of AKPsi has been instrumental in my own personal, academic, and professional self. Aside from my own experience, our 150+ members represent a wide variety of majors, backgrounds, and experience. As individuals we are all unique, but we all share a common goal of achieving more together. This can be finding an internship, full-time job, academic growth, improved GPA, better mental and physical health, or a community, AKPsi is sure to challenge you in ways you never thought possible. Members are empowered to get involved by planning and executing their own events in areas that matter to them, holding leadership positions, pursuing their own passion projects, and networking with our vast array of companies our alumni work at. AKPsi makes this to be frank large campus feel like a home as we bring in driven and passionate individuals to create a community with lasting experiences and memories. Throughout the rush process our Membership Team will be your most important resource. I am so excited to serve on this team along with our three Pledge Trainers: Caroline Allard, Hayes Richman, and Kendra Early. Now is the perfect time to surround yourself with people that will support you to be your best self!

A few quick words from our Pledge Trainers as well!

Caroline Allard: Hi everyone! My name is Caroline Allard and I am a senior studying Finance and Real Estate. I rushed AKPsi my sophomore year after transferring because I wanted to involve myself with driven individuals at UW that I could learn from and grow with professionally. AKPsi has given me not only the tools I’ve needed to be successful in my career, but also a supportive community I can always rely on and friends for life.

Hayes Richman: I am a senior majoring in Finance from Minnetonka, Minnesota and I’m so excited for rush this spring! I initially rushed AKPsi to get more involved on campus and meet people who were also interested in business. Looking back, I am so thankful I did because this organization has provided me with lifelong friends and has definitely helped me develop professionally.

Kendra Early: Hi everyone! My name is Kendra Early and I’m an Elementary education major with certificates in ESL/Bilingual education, early childhood, and educational policy. Rushing Akpsi allowed me to become the best version of myself. This org is once in a lifetime, and I cannot wait to share everything AKPsi has to offer!
